Emergency Support

If you find yourself in a situation where you are concerned for the safety of yourself or others, please reach out to a trusted adult or community crisis support to make an immediate safety plan.

A mental health crisis can include but is not limited to:

  • Talking about hurting self or others
  • Self-injury, but not needing immediate medical attention
  • Emotionally distraught, very depressed, angry or anxious
  • Highly unpredictable or unusual behavior
